Gunsmithing & Rifle Sight-In
Bore sighting, scope mounting, complete firearm cleaning, basic repairs, and complete rifle sight-in services at Eagle Peak Shooting Range near Austin, Texas.
Drop-offs are accepted any day during normal hours. Services are generally handled on Mondays. Call (512) 267-1400 ahead of specialized work or during the deer-season rush to discuss the firearm and current workload.
Bore sighting: $10
Initial optic alignment to help prepare a rifle for final zeroing.
Scope mounting: $30
Mounting or inspection service for compatible rifles and optics.
Complete cleaning: $40
Complete firearm cleaning is available as a drop-off service.
Complete rifle sight-in: $40
Eagle Peak staff bore-sights the rifle, fires test groups, adjusts the scope, and confirms the final zero. Available distances are 50, 100, 200, and 300 yards.

No range admission is required for a service-only visit when Eagle Peak staff performs the sight-in. Normal admission applies if the customer also shoots.
Basic repairs and timing
Basic maintenance and some basic firearm repairs are available. Staff evaluates the firearm and requested work before confirming whether Eagle Peak handles it, the price, and the turnaround time.
Same-day completion is not guaranteed. Services are generally handled on Mondays, and a firearm may be dropped off on any day during normal business hours.
