Group Visits, Special Events, and Parties

Plan a corporate outing, party, family visit, or first-time shooter group at Eagle Peak. Groups of 10 or more should call ahead.

Eagle Peak welcomes corporate outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, family groups, church and community groups, first-time shooter groups, and scout or youth groups, subject to normal age, supervision, admission, and safety rules.

Call Ahead for Groups of 10 or More

Call a few days before the visit—or at least the day before—with the expected group size, preferred date and arrival time, range areas, number of first-time shooters, rental needs, and whether minors will attend.

Calling ahead is for coordination only. Eagle Peak does not accept group reservations or guarantee lanes or exclusive areas before arrival.

There are no group discounts, deposits, minimum spends, or extra group fees. Complimentary staff safety guidance is subject to staffing, current range conditions, and safety priorities. Formal lessons must be arranged directly with an independent instructor.

Group Visits, Special Events, and Parties

Groups visit through Eagle Peak’s normal walk-in process. Groups of 10 or more should call ahead so staff can recommend a less-busy day or time. Calling ahead does not create a reservation or guarantee lanes.
